NEC Vietnam commemorate 10th year anniversary with beach cleaning activity
Ho Chi Minh, May 10, 2016 – NEC Vietnam organized a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) beach cleaning activity to commemorate its 10th year anniversary. Themed “Together, We Protect Environment”, the activity was carried out at Fishing Village, Mui Ne, Phan Thiet, Vietnam on 17 April 2016.
The activity not only promotes the message of environmental protection for the local people but also creates a great opportunity for the employees to bond and build a tighter relationship. Employees gathered together to take part in the activity to make a difference for the communities to encourage the spirit of “ONE NEC”. More than 150 employees participated and a total of 98 garbage bags of rubbish containing mostly plastic bags, bottles and cans were collected along the beach and around the fishing village.
“For this 10th year anniversary, staff of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, gathered for the first time and shared “ONE NEC” spirit through kick-off meeting, team building and this CSR activity.
