Vietnam, 29 October 2021 – NEC Vietnam and Konica Minolta Business Solutions Vietnam have agreed to collaborate as partners to promote digital transformation (DX) utilising intelligent solutions in the fields of office devices, print management, and business management, biometric authentication in following the collaboration of DX promotion partner in Japan side. As an initial step, NEC Vietnam is going to introduce Konica Minolta Vietnam’s intelligent solutions in Vietnam market. This partnership will allow both companies to mutually promote each other’s products and solutions as well as helping Vietnamese businesses to build up an efficient connected workplace.

Utilizing this collaboration, NEC Vietnam will combine our ICT solutions with printing solutions from Konica Minolta Vietnam to introduce to various customers. 

Specifically, NEC will introduce Konica Minolta’s products including Multifunctional Printers, and IT solution as followings.

Dispatcher Paragon
Dispatcher Paragon provides a central accounting of all print, copy and scan operations. It also provides access control and secure pull print. It facilitates administrator’s tasks for effective cost control with optimised printing.

KOMI Doc
With KOMI Doc, businesses can unleash their digital potential; transferring the paper-based processes into an electronic workflow to manage the operations more efficiently.

Workplace Hub
Workplace Hub puts you in control of your IT infrastructure with maximum network protection while providing convenience of work. It is a modern, simple, all-in-one workplace IT managed by Konica Minolta.

On the other hand, Konica Minolta Vietnam is going to add NEC’s solution products and services such as ERP - SAP Business One, HRM System – Caputtin’o, Smart Face Authentication – KAOATO into its IT solution products line-up.

Through these efforts, both companies will gain the chance to reach out both current customers and new prospects, and increase awareness on the market. Importantly, the partnership strategically aligns both companies for the long-term by combining the strength of  NEC’s dedicated focus and expertise as a leader in IT systems and network control platforms with Konica Minolta’s worldwide printing solutions.
