Job Descriptions

Management:

  • Provides supervision to the team of developers in Application/ Web Development
  • Software architect design management skill
  • Module version management skill
  • Focus is on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership
  • Project estimations, Project Management (Schedule, Bugs and Quality management)
  • Negotiation with customers
  • Manages the project to ensure that it is completed within stipulated timeline while ensuring that work done meets the necessary requirements and quality
  • Motivating and developing the team
  • Other assignments from Manager

Technical:

  • Leads teams in the planning, designing and development of software applications or specialized utility programs /network and/ or hardware environment that will enhance the organization's/clients’ ability to achieve strategic goals and targets.
  • Cyber security design skill, Network design skill.
  • Develop business continuity plan and framework
  • Software Quality Assurance skill
  • Provide technical guide, proper instruction to low level members.

Job Requirements

1. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information technology or equivalent major
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in managing a team; Up to 5 members
  • Experience in estimation, implementation the complex projects
  • Must have development experience in one of VueJS, ReactJS, Flutter, NodeJS, Python
  • Experience in more than two programing languages would be an advantage.
  • Experience in SQL/non-SQL database such as MS SQL, MySQL, SQL Lite, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • Experience in store procedure and view would be an advantage
  • Good communication in English (read/write/speak/hearing) (TOEIC 630+)
  • Can work/negotiate directly with Japanese’s clients
