Project Leader (AI, ML, English)

Job Descriptions

  • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
  • Creating a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  • Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
  • Highly organized and excellent time management ability

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/Information Technology
  • Experience working/leading with Scrum or other scrum-related tools (Eg: Jira)
  • Experience in UML: able to use diagrams to present to customers.
  • Experience in software development
  • Can use English to communicate directly with customers (TOEIC 700+)
  • Knowledge of AI, ML, DevOps
  • Strong at leadership and problem-solving skills, concentration, pro-active and independent
